Entering the building, you'll step onto a checkerboard marble floor before heading upstairs on the original sweeping staircase. The less than perfect building exterior only enhances the delight you will experience when stepping through the front door of this gracious apartment.
Comforts include a gas log fireplace, 32 inch Flat Screen TV, Stereo with i Pod Dock, a deep enamel bath with endless hot water, gas cooking with a wok burner for the enthusiastic cook as well as a good selection of Books, CD's and lots of popular DVD's to choose from. Also included is Foxtel, internet broadband and free local phone calls.
A fold up bed is available for an extra fee of $20.00 p/n minimum $100.00.
Small pets are allowed for an extra cleaning fee of $40.00.
There is a port a cot available at no charge. Cot linen & blankets are not provided.
