Brighton is  a prime bayside suburb of  Melbourne in terms of real estate, it houses some of the wealthiest citizens in Melbourne with grand homes and large residential blocks of land

Conveniently located within 18 minutes, by train to Melbourne’s CBD, Brighton offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle with its cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the beach.

There are 2 main shopping strips, Church Street has excellent up market cafes,  boutique shops and cinemas, Bay Street is a little quieter but also houses a cinema, shops and cafes and restaurants.

Heading to the beach there is Beach Road, a popular cycling route which heads for many kilometers along the coast line.  The 'Bay Trail'  is an off-road walking/cycling tracks  which also follows the coastline.
