The company is owned by Licensed Real Estate Agents who established the business to fill a gap in the market for overseas and interstate travellers for a user friendly, online real time booking service for the short term letting of self catering apartments. We offer our services on a non exclusive basis. Upon approval of your apartment, depending on location, we come to your apartment for an initial meeting during which we advise you for free on the layout and presentation, your obligations as an owner and our procedures for renting out your apartment. A second appointment may be made if you choose to use our photography service.
